Registration Fees:
Regular Registration - $89.00 until November 15, 2008
Late Registration - $129.00 thereafter and onsite

Within 24 hours or receipt of your online payment (with a valid email address) and within 7 days of receipt of mailed payment, you will receive a registration confirmation including the group code for the hotel.  When you have received this code you may make your reservation at the hotel.  All hotel reservations are your responsibility.
